    Giftcard Redemption

      1. The eGiftcard will be issued via Email/ SNS right after your purchase. By visiting the website displayed on the eGiftcard, the recipients can submit his/her delivery address to get his/her gift box.
      2. Visit Mt Waves online shop, select  Tasting Gift Box  enter purchase flow and input delivery details plus the Giftcard Code on the Giftcard to arrange redemption and delivery. Please note that each e Giftcard is for redemption of 1 giftbox to 1 location only.
      3. The card is due 1 year since the issue day.

    Logistics arrangements

    • Cold chain delivery usually arrives in 2 days (Monday to Saturday, 11 am-6pm
    • No delivery coverage outside of Hong Kong area and in remote areas.
    • We would recommend making order and delivery arrangements ahead before major season festivals.
    • Our logistics team will contact the recipient prior to arrival.


      Notes on Ordering

      • Visit Mt Waves online shop and select Mt Waves Tasting Gift Box Redemption. Enter purchase flow and input delivery details plus the Giftcard Code on the Giftcard to arrange redemption and delivery the soonest in 2 days.
      • Mt Waves Tasting Giftbox eGiftcard can only be used on Mt Waves website (www.mtwaves.com) and not in other distribution points that sells our products.
      • The giftcard can only be used to redeem Mt Waves Tasting Giftbox and not other products.
      • For food safety and quality reason, Mt Waves does NOT accept refund or goods exchange requests for the Giftbox unless when it is for product quality issues reported upon goods collection.
      • After expiry of the giftcard, the giftcard will be expired, and we do not accept refund requests.
