- Orders must be placed at least 5 days before the delivery date (for shorter notice, please inbox the Mt Waves team and they will try their best to assist).

Delivery arrangement:
- Each order will be delivered to one location. Please refer to the following schedule for delivery days:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  - Hong Kong Island and Kowloon
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  - New Territories
- Delivery arrangement will be confirmed upon order placement.

Storage instructions:
- Please see the expiration date at the bottom of the gelato cup. After receiving the product, please store in a freezer at -18°C as soon as possible.
